Payment and Delivery
We accept payment via check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express, or we can bill your order to your open account.
Our payment terms are net 10 days (due 10 days from the receipt of statement). It is requested that payment be made within the terms of the agreement to maintain open account privileges. A 1.5% charge will be applied to all past due balances.
Minimum order charge. If your order is below $95.00, a minimum order fee of $10.87 will apply.
Orders received by 3:00PM are picked, packed, and shipped the same day.

Free Shipping
Free delivery via insured ground service carrier in the continental United States. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and the Virgin Islands are subject to shipping charges. Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available for an additional charge. Restrictions and/or handling charges may apply to hazardous material shipments. Hazardous material shipments to Puerto Rico and Hawaii may be subject to additional charges for handling.
A nominal service charge of $7.95 will be applied to all orders.

Pricing Policy
We make every effort to maintain our prices for the duration of the Dentalog. However, due to manufacturers' price increases or an occasional typographical error, it may become necessary for us to adjust our Dentalog prices. In some cases, it may also be necessary to limit purchase quantities.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Every effort is made to ensure your complete satisfaction. Each order is picked, packed, and double checked for accuracy.
If any of the products purchased are defective or do not perform satisfactorily, simply call us to arrange for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt.

Returns Policy
All returns require a Returns Authorization Number.
All returns must be made within 90 days of original purchase.
All returns must be made in the original package, unopened, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition. Handpieces and Equipment, if returned opened or used, will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty and returned to you. Full credit will be granted on items we can return to the manufacturer for full credit.
All returns past 90 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Prescription drugs are not returnable without a PDRA form.
Personalized and/or imprinted items are not returnable.
Special Order items are not returnable.
Hazardous items are not returnable.

We cannot accept responsibility for items frozen in shipment.

Prescription Drug Policy
We will ship prescription drugs, List 1 and List 2 chemicals and controlled substances only to those authorized to receive them. Anyone attempting to order who is unlicensed will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS THE SALE OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS TO UNLICENSED DOCTORS.
The Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act requires that D.E.A. Form 222 accompany all orders for Schedule II pharmaceuticals. All items in our Dentalog indicated by the Class II symbol require the above mentioned form.
Schedule II controlled substances CANNOT be returned. Controlled substances can only be shipped to the exact address on the D.E.A. Certificate.
Only schedule II items may appear on the form. If other items appear, the order will not be honored. The form in question will be returned to you, and a new form will have to be completed and sent in.
No errors, alterations, or erasures will be accepted.

Copy of power of attorney is required with each order is a signature other that that on the Class II form is submitted.

New Federal Regulation Regarding Returns of Prescription Drugs
The Prescription Drug Marketing Act("PDMA") requires any customer returning prescription drugs to complete and return a Prescription Drug Return Authorization form. You are also obligated to forward this form to the manufacturer of this product. Federal law requires that the healthcare entity returning prescription drugs document that the product was kept under proper storage and handling conditions while in their possession, and during the return of the product. Controlled Substances and List 1 Chemicals Policy
D.E.A. Registration number is required in the purchase of all controlled substances, including List 1 Chemicals.
A List 1 chemical is defined as a chemical specifically designated by the D.E.A. that, in addition to legitimate use, could be used in the manufacture of controlled substances in violation of the Controlled Substance Act.
Products containing List 1 chemicals in our Dentalog will be indicated by the L1 symbol.
